    fat or gyno?

    is this fat or gyno? i mean i am at about 20% body fat right now . i know rediculous no excuse but u know shit happens lol. am i just paranoid about gyno and will i be fine once i lost the weight and lift some more? my nipples do seem puffy but dont hurt at all and no lumps. i think im just paranoid

    I'm always paranoid about that too. But you look okay to me. Not that I'm an expert or anything. You look normal to me.

    Fat. If you're worried about it
    A) Cut down to a low BF% and see
    B) Go check it out with a doc

    That's fat bro, not gyno. I have the same look and I hate it - just excess fat particularly over my nipples/lower outer portion of my chest.

    Why would you think you may have gyno - are you running a cycle right now?

    Just looks like some fat man!! i think u should have researched and cut some more though before starting any osrt of cycle, just my opinion though, if you had been in better shape then your results would be so much better, again imo

    if theres no soreness or tenderness then i think u should be fine, YOU NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT though before u know for sure, not just to see for th gyno but to stay healthy also.
