    Bodyfat estimate please.

    Did a slight recomp actually gained a bit of muscle and a lot of strength. 5'8'' 165lbs, 19 y/o. Looking to cut down to about 10-11% Bodyfat, any guesses on my current BF% would be great. Thanks guys. Both pics are taken cold and at night.
