    Transformation + question

Here's a pic of me, the left one is how my body's now, the right one is 1,8 year old.

    Age: Just turned 18
    Weight now: 236lbs (107kg)
    Weight before: 180lbs (82kg)
    Biceps now: 16.9 inches (43cm)
    Biceps before: 13.7 inches (35cm)

How much do u guys think I would weigh if I would be having an OK shape with visible abs. No competition-shape haha, just a lean body?

to answer your question you'd need to know your fat percentage. if you leaned down to 10% i would estimate 210-215 lbs.

just have your body fat measured now, then do the math.

You're relatively lean already, you just need to build some muscle. In your first pic, there's obviously bodyfat there, but it looks like you had something of a muscle base as well, but you lost everything!

Whoops! I stand corrected. I think 200lbs is about accurate. You really do need to get your BF% checked, then based on your weight you can calculate to see how much you'd need to lose to get to X% bodyfat - abs start to become visible at around 15% or so for most people.

Im guessing closer to 190 if you are looking for just lean and not muscular. Your body fat is a lot higher now than before with little muscle gain.

Dont just diet/loose weight. You dont nesicarly have to be muscular and work out all the time but you need to tone up so hit the tread mill, stair stepper, bike and do some light weight work.
