Well sounds like your going to go ahead with your cycle so what anyone says won't matter anyway. Personally I think you need to learn how to eat properly and train properly I guy of your height should be able to get to 220 or so naturally. Also get the bodyfat lower. I was able to get to 205 at 10% BF before I ever did a cycle.

Now don't get me wrong, I'm here to learn and I respect you guys advice and all the info on here, it's just that I set myself a target to get to15pc BF, now I reached that goal I feel ready to use aas as a tool for my next goals.

Maybe I just need to re evaluate my next goal?

I can post diet and training programme up later on today...

OK so typically the diet is something like this

Meal 1: 2poached eggs on whole wheat toast

meal 2: 50g of tuna, leaves of baby spinach, dollop of mayo, 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 banana

meal 3: PWO shake, 3 scoops of Body Fortress whey protein, 5g of creatine

meal 4: as meal 2 , plus 1 green apple, somtimes 2 satsumas too

meal 5: cottage cheese on 2 wheat cracker breads, pint of skimmed milk.

Not worked the macros out, also why do so many omit fruit from their diet ?

Based on that pic, 20%+. You are way too high to start a cycle - you seriously risk seeing estrogen sides. Honestly I can't see much of a muscle base either. How long have you been training?

Again, only based on that single pic, i'd say you need to hit the gym and learn how to diet for at least another year before you consider cycling. You will not be happy with your results if you start in your present condition. Just my .02

You can train till cows come home and take the best steroid stack known to man.....but with that diet you will not put on muscle.

Go directly to the diet section, do not pass go and do not collect....

I looked at your spilt...sorry to be a the bearer of more bad news....
You got Tris the day after chest? 6 chest excerises?

A five day split is something you could look at when you are more advanced, I would go to 3 day split, Mon-Wed-Fri....maybe a simple push/pull split, 2 or 3 movements per group.

Ok, thanks for taking the time to look terraj.

I was feeling there was a problem doing tris after chest.

Regards 6 chest movements, I struggle to get a pump/burn without doing a ton of reps and sets, the same can be said of my back.

I like doing a 5 day split and it's something iv got into the routine of doing, doing less would feel like a step backwards, back to the drawing board for me then.

Admittely my diet is my biggest downfall, although in defence I am trying to cut bf and maintain what muscle I do have.

You will see posting in the diet and training sections for a while yet....
