Guess how many months or year(s) progress this is.
Just curious on how long everyone thinks my progress is... Because I dont want to get any fake comments.. like "good gains bro!!" just to encourage me. so this is why im asking how long do you think it took me to get b4 pic body to after pic body...
(NOT ON STEROIDS . THIS IS 100% NATURAL.
before pic.
after pic.
and what u think of transformation btw to lol. (still have a long way to go i know)

I started off at age 18. I am now 19.
I am 5 foot 8.
Yea for sure. I am with you guys. I was a big newb when i first started. I didnt know how important calories were, I just thought protein is all that mattered so i just ate the same except had protein shakes...
Here is an outline of me working out.
August - December
All I did was 3 sets of push ups and 3 sets of pull ups and 3 sets of lunges. -- monday ,wednesday , friday.
Diet was about 1300 calories. with 100 grams of protein.
--
then december-june
http://scoobysworkshop.com/schedintermediate.htm
^ my workout schedule
and my diet basically stayed the same..
HOWEVER, June, I started to read articles and made a big diet change.
june 1st
2800 calories
140 grams of protein
6/7 days of the week.
I eat 4 meals...
3 meals... 500 calories each
3 meals.. than a serious mass weight gainer shake(1600 calories)
I gained 5 pounds in about 6 weeks...
I am now 135 pounds. in june i was 130 pounds...
and when i first started.. I was 115 pounds.(in agust 2009)
thanks for the replies folks~
My current workout schedule is this

Good gains bro! lol - you've definitely made progress, body is obviously thicker. It looks to me like you've also added a bit of bodyfat - not saying you look bad, and it could be the pic, but just be aware of that because it creeps up, take it from me!
I would have guessed 6 months as well, I think Big was spot on.

Take all these brutal comments into consideration and eat! I noticed some definite gains from your pics and I really think you are putting your right foot first with learning. Keep reading about diets and you will be amazed with a transformation you could do to your body! Best of luck and keep up the good work!

new pic.
and yea im currently bulking.
but its hard..
i work 9 am - 6 pm..
i cant cook meals at work... so i gotta eat this canna tuna/clams etc. low calories food.
so i eat three 500 calories meals. then have serious mass shake which takes me 3 hours to finish.(1600 calories shake)
so total of about 3100 calories a day.

its like chugging cement lol. its so thick that it doesnt go down my throat. and if i chug to fast, i will throw up. has happened twice.
i can chug normal whey protein shakes. but serious mass weight gainer shake is so thick... even with 4 cups of milk.
and to much nutrients at once. so i take my time by taking 3 hours to finish it. but yeah for sure. i rly gotta fix up my diet. problem is that im not much of a cook. gotta learn...

I would have guessed about a year also. I remember the days of being 18/19 and skinny.
Diet is the key 100%. I didnt learn to eat right until after 40 Learn to eat right now and you will explode with growth.

Try eating almond or peanut butters to help with the calories.

wow! that last photo shows your incredible progress..good job man, keep it up!
and you can ignore the comment on the 500 cals for a meal. nothing wrong with that at all. my first meal of the day is 1 cup of oats, 50 grams protein, 10 oz skim milk = approx 500 cals - breakfast of champions
