if thats u in your photo then i would say your back is larger, its nuts what a bit of cutting can do though.. A strict diet like Angels and in four months you would be able to see every muscle.. Well done bud

Thanks man, I kinda "lucked out" with the back thickness. By no means do I mean I didn't work hard for it, I just didn't specifically aim for a thick back. I really envy the guys that have genetically gifted pecs lol.

Dude, you look like pure $hit. I looked at your most recent pics and had to do a double take - I couldn't believe that you could even spell gym, let alone that you've been in one. =)

Ok, seriously - i'm looking you over, staring at your pics trying to find something to criticize. My co-workers all think i'm gay now. I really have no issues with you, traps are poppin, arms are good, shoulders are an obvious strong point, back is decent.

If you want to be anal about it, you can continue cutting bodyfat and really get those obliques and serratus showing, not that your bodyfat is high, but hey it can always be lower. You have a good back but it can be wider which I believe you have the potential for. Would like to see pics of the wheels, maybe then I can tear you up!

Good lord man! What a drastic change!

I look at myself when i began dieting and training for the first time in my life back in February and man, my progress is great, everyone sees it but damn, I'm so far from you're kind of drastic change! Amazing!

I kinda wish i had the same results! I would sure do anything to get as ripped as you look, any roids i mean. But i have only been training since 6 months... And I'm only 23 so...

But yeah, man that's awesome progress right there. You're a great source of motivation for me!

PS: I wanted to ask you, after seeing you're first 4 pics, Well, i must admit that this is what i look like now. After 6 months of hard working and dieting all naturally. I mean you're February to April progress, i did that in the last 6 months... And at first i thought, this guy is like me. He does not have the genetic to see his abs popping like i REALLY want to. But damn, you're last pics... Wow! That's the exact thing i am looking for. I want that physic!

So my question is : Did your cycle helped you make those abs pop out or is it mainly because you dieted to reach the 10% BF line? In other words, can i get those fine looking abs by being all natural or do i need to juice up?

Again, you're a damn good source of motivation and i thank you for that! And yeah, REALLY nice job man! Keep up the HARD work

Jesus, looks like you walked around with test on IV drip for 5 months, that's a crazy change. I probably wouldn't have guessed you had ever lifted weights in the first set of pictures (not to be rude)

Good job man, I've got a buddy who started a test e cycle in better (or at least leaner) shape than your initial pictures and doesn't look half as good now as your currents.

You could sell them to a supplement company I bet for their bogus before and afters.

Great results man! That's some serious motivation right there.

I'm currently where you started at the moment. I've been hitting the gym for about 4 months now and lost of a total of 45 pounds. Looking to tone my body up like you did with yours. If you could give me some tips with workout/diet plans you did it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance, feel free to inbox me

    test e/9 weeks + tamoxifen 10mg/daily
for chest for example would it be ok to train 4 exercises/4 sets?

Thank you very much, it makes me very happy to be such a motivation for someone. To answer your question, yes, you can ABSOLUTELY without a doubt get awesome abs ALL NATURAL. The biggest factor there is diet, followed by training.

I gotta be honest, I am the LAZIEST mofo when it comes to cardio. I actually didn't do much to speak of, but when I did, I mostly did 20-30 mins at about 60-70% max heart rate. I now do a little HIIT as well.

Great job so far! That's a TON of weight dude. I follow Ronnie Rowlands STS style of training, and I used his carb-cycling diet. If you want, post this Q on my Q&A thread in the work-out section and I'll happily help you out! I'm just a little pressed for time right now.

    What are your stats???
for chest for example would it be ok to train 4 exercises/4 sets? That's too much volume IMO. 9-12 intense work sets once a week should suffice, assuming diet and rest are in order.
    what is your training routine?
I follow Ronnie Rowlands STS training, slightly modified. Check out his thread man.

My diet while cutting was roughly 250-300p/100-150c/40-50f

I posted my exact meal plan in my Q&A thread in the workout section

Legs look thick dude, your hamstrings are a lot better than i would have anticipated.

back on your Q&A section I had posted asking you, if you could post your exact workout split. i thought you might want to post it here as well, since people will benefit from it here too.

anyways, i read through STS section, and i gotta first say im the most ADD person in the world. so that kinda shit doesn't work for me to read through that much. i read through most of it, but just was like ehhh... i'll jjust ask Archangel

    My split was as follows:

    mon: bi's/tri's
    wed: back
    fri: chest/shoulders
    sat: legs

STS is a big read I know, but it's basically reloading for 8 weeks and then deloading for 2 weeks. During the reload, you perform higher volume i.e 6-12 intense sets per bodypart keeping the rep range from 4-10, and in the deload you cut all total sets in half (so 3-6 intense sets per bodypart) and the reps are between 12-15

Thanks for the input. I'm probably not working hard enough on them lol. I was fortunate to be genetically blessed in the leg department.
