Hi buddies
How is my BF % please ?
what is your opinion about my progression considering my stats?
what muscles can improve to have a better line? More mass , more leanness ?
28 years old
5"6
156 lbs
4 years training
I've been running 3 cycles, 1 (sustanon only), 2 (test e + tren e), 3 (test prop + winstrol )
diet : I eat every 3 hours, hight prot, moderate carbs, and low fat
3 hours of cardio per week

Looking really good bro, i'd say bodyfat is around 11% - 12%. Overall mass can be brought up, but i'm just being picky. I'd say cut that last 2% or so and get that stomach ripped!

No idea about b/f, but jesus christ 156lb i beg to differ :|. Are you sure your scales are good to go? I can see your only short, but judging from your photos I would of guessed alot more weight than 156lb.

156lbs sound right for him. If you go by the 10lb per inch rule (granted, far from scientific), and weighed him at 6'0, he'd be 200+ lbs.

my weight is 156lbs or 71kg
i think i need to gain more overall mass and get my lower stomack aera ripped but it is very hard for me if i try to rip this aera i lose arms pecs and shoulder volume
i soon schedule a cycle that i ve never tried before : sus +deca +kick start with dbol
what do you think about that ?

Start with a simpler cycle:
D-bol (weeks 1 - 4) @ 30 - 40mg/ed
Testosterone -E (weeks 1 - 12) @ 500mg/wk
Research PCT (clomid/nolvadex ); and estrogen controls, before you begin anything.

Def in the 10-12% range. Looking good dude. I sit at around 158-160 with about 9-10% and you don't look a whole lot different than me. Keep up the good work!

dosages are :
40 mg dbol w 1 -5
325 mg susta w 1 - 10
300 deca w 1 - 10
hcg 2*250 ui w 3 - 10
proviron 25mg ed w 1 - 10
pct clomid/nolva 100/100/50/50---------40/40/20/20
not my best cycle because I didn't have a healthy diet, i ate a lot of salt and I suspect the tren E being a fake (brit*** dra***), so a lot of water and a very litte pounds gained. I prefer sustanon with less bloating

Don't worry bro, I accept your opinion.
I know that I need more mass and I hope that my first cycle will be ok for that!
When I started cycle, I didn't understand the importance of the diet and the only cycle for witch I correctly diet is the last one.
The first was a sustanon only cycle, gained 20 pounds (12 pounds of pure muscle) but diet was'nt healthy
tha second test e + tren e, with a fake tren, bad diet some mcdonal'ds and I start shredding without aas directly after my cycle so I've lost a part of my muscle gains
the last was a 6 weeks test propionate (100mg eod) + winny (50mg eod) cycle. I've gained 7 lbs of pure muscle only on 6 week with a moderate dosage and good diet.
I don't have a good genetic for gaining easily muscle and mass , and if you see pictures of me before I start cycling , you will see that this 3 cycles changed my body like hellLast edited by the_legend_killer; 09-10-2010 at 02:20 PM.

i am not the most experienced here for sure, i dunno if others noticed, but i'd say ur sust in the planned cycle is kinda under dosed
i ran the exact same cycle exactly as my 1st "and only 1" some years ago, had some great results, used 500 mg sus tho, and i was a 1st timer, i beleive it would be the least dose for a forth cycle!
and as a personal reference, I loved d-bol, almost instant poost, amazing kick start IMO, adding up considerable lb's quick, but just had me bloated, carrying just tons of water, in a dose of 30mg/day 4 just 4 weeks, as after that its not that much needed, the test would do the trick in both gains and strength, plus i was a lil paranoid about the liver toxicity thing, if i am gonna plan my own next cycle, i'd do the same, and take out the d-bol, and just wait for the sus to kick in, in like 3-4 weeks, stacking it with deca did some magic to me personally.

Thanks bro for your advice
I thing 325 mg of sus is enought to have solid gains, I don't want to run a higher dosage because of the side effects (acne, gynecomastia etc ...)

i'm the same height current weight is 173lb 9site with calipers has me at 17% +-2% definitely isn't -
good work bud looking good ....I've got a ways to go my goal is 10%

10%, I would recommend focusing on size in the areas you mentioned without trying to lean out any further. If you add muscle to your frame as it stands now and are eating clean, like you say. You should automatically burn some bodyfat. Chest and shoulders bigger with a wider back should make a nice addition to a already impressive physique for your stats.
