    26 year old pre cycle

    It's been awhile since I've been over to the dark side. This is actually the first time I've had my diet/workouts EXACTLY where I want and need them to be while on cycle. I didn't know shit even at 22.


    Currently

    6'3 210 lbs around 9% bf

    Cycle started last Tuesday:

    Week 1-16 800 mg Test C
    Week 1-15 600 mg Eq

    HCG , dex, nolva and clomid

    Was just taking the dex @ .25/day but I noticed a small lump under my nipple today. Overnighting some letro ASAP. I figured I'd be fine with the dex.

    I've only been back in the gym for a year straight. This was me last year at this time...

    Looking good and lean bro, I don't think that's quite 9% but lean nonetheless.

    When you say dex, I assume you're referring to arimidex . I would recommend upping the adex dosage before jumping into Letro - that's some nasty sh!t. Just my .02

    thanks for the reply man. I was gonna up it starting tonight to .5. You think 1mg would be a better idea??

    Yea, I would have started with .5 EOD and see how that goes. Just start that today and give it a week. If you don't respond, maybe go up to .75 although that's getting close to overkill. .5 should do it.

    I agree with GBrice - the Letro is harsh - really did a number on my joints. Adex was good, but i ended up liking the exemestane more - seemed to keep me dry. i think i over did it though and totally squashe my estrogen. next time i'll be more conservative and get the blood work.

    I may switch over to exemestane mid-cycle, but for now I'm sticking with the adex. How long should I wait to switch to the letro if the lump does not go away with just upping the adex doseage? How much time should I give the upped doseage to help out??

    Maybe I'm just being paranoid. I can barely feel anything under the nipple, but it's just a little sensitive. Not even puffy. Would gyno even be forming only a week in?

    shouldn't be, but if you are super sensitive to it it's possible. How is it now, three weeks in?

    Six weeks in. Been on letro .5 eod for about a month now. No more sensitive nips. EQ hunger pains are crazy!






    I'm trying to get crazy shredded and stay around 210-220 lbs. The pics don't really do justice to how much bf I've clipped while still making excellent gains. No bullshit my waist is about 31''.

    Just now starting to feel the shit really kick in and lovin it.

    Damn bro - looking good! especially at 6-3" - great work - the 31" waist is sick - I'd never get there without bone surgery. Props - keep up the log - like to follow your progress. i never tried EQ. tren kicks butt tho.

    Something like this..

    4 am: 1 cup of oatmeal and a small piece of fruit + glass of almondmilk

    5 am: Workout during which a shake(oatmeal, pbutter, and bananna) is drank throughout and after

    7 am: 7 large or extra large scrambled eggs with 1 whole jalapeno

    Now the rest varies day by day because of work. I usually bring two meals to work a day.

    Any advice/suggestions??
