Start first cycle or not? Tips? pics
Hello!
I want opinions on wether to start a Test/Dbol cycle or not?
Background:
I first began lifting in hischool, then it was on and off, just benching and doing whatever, did progress there quite a bit already. Then I didnt lift for some time and began lifting again 5 years ago, lifted 5months i an row, gained good size and strength, bench went from 70kg(155) to 115kg(255), didnt squat or deadlift at all, just did what i did before, whatever i felt like.
Now, I know these are good results because my 3 gym friends didnt come close to what I was lifting.
Then I began a program with squats and deadlifts but had to join the army(mandatory here) and got a kneeinjury and had two surgerys. 3½ years later its good but I didnt do cardio/weightlifting at that time.
I'm 180cm thats 5 9 or 5 10 I think
Now I began lifting again and have been lifting for 5 months again and my current records are:
Bench 117½kg (260lbs)
Squat 135kg (300lbs)
Deadlift 175kg (385lbs) got 180kg today ~395lbs
These records came quickly but now it seems to be hard getting new records.
I'm 26 soon 27, weight 87kg(191), bodyfat estimate ~15-17%?
And now I got a gymfriend whos friend is juicing and selling stuff and this got me wondering if it would be too early to try a cycle in a month or two maby?
I've done research and think this cycle would be suitable now:
Sustanon 250, 500mg - 6 weeks
Dbol 30mg ED - 4 weeks
Arimidex 0.5 mg EOD - 7 weeks
PCT weeks 8-12:
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Arimidex would be for my relativly high bodyfat levels(Holydays with beer gave me 10lbs shitmass)..

Yeah, I agree on the bf, have gained too much mass lately. Cutting a month or two would do good and then fill it up with muscle

How tall are you? I think you could still see major gains with proper diet and exercise for two more years of solid lifting before AAS, your lifts sound weak for your weight and pics.

I agree , get lean , see some abs before you juice. You don't want a big pot belly to go along with your new muscle. Get body fat test done I think u 19-21% although not sure with those pics.

Sust needs to be run for 8-10 weeks minimum IMO.
Just use Test-Prop if you want to run a 6 week cycle.
PCT looks fine.

Agreed about lowering bodyfat. Hard to tell from your pics, but it does look like you're higher then 15%, closer to 20 IMO.

Do you have a diet down? Try that first and see how it goes.
If you still don't get results like you wanted, then go with a var cycle. trust me those work!

Overall I'm very happy for all the replys I got! Thanks guys! I'll come back later and post pics when my bf% is lower. I'll probably wait for the cycle, buy all the stuff first so I'm good to go when I feel ready.

IMO if you have to ask if you are ready for a cycle, you aren't. It seems like you could drop a few lbs pretty easily.

I believe you have a great base, truly, just think you would be so much more pleased with what a cycle would do for you after you have come closer to maxing out your natural potential. I say two years of hard lifting and clean eating. Be here for you either way though.

Update!
Found new source and new stuff, Ill go for Test E and Tbol when the times come, and hcg e3d.
I've been cutting for a week now and Im 4 pounds down(also water due to creatine). Before I started cutting I got some new records:
Bench 270lbs
And deadlifted 355lbs for 6reps
