Results of 8 weeks on Test/C
I just did 8 weeks of Test/C 300MG/Week. I know that compared to most here I know I'm not exactely a bodybuilder. But, I am happy with my result given my age. Plus, I plan on going further. Just wanted to post this for what it's worth. There is hope for us old guys!! Ha! Still having trouble with my BF numbers. Lost alot but still not happy with my waist size.

Got any before pic's? Keep at it, you can cut that BF down pretty quick if you work hard. Can you imagine what you will look like under 15%?????????

I do have some before pics. I will get one of those up. As far as goals. I think I would just like to keep putting on quality lean muscle. But yeah, would like to get BF to 15% that would be cool. Thanks for the kudos Bros!

You can do it bro, age doesn't have to play a major factor. There are people in my gym in their 60's who are in great shape, some I wish I looked like. Keep going!

Yup - i agree with Brice. 47 is a great age to get into it. That's when I started and i've made huge changes in 4 years! My pants went from size 37/38 to size 33 and my medium shirts just dont fit at all any more! ;-) If you can, give up alcohol - makes it WAY easier!!!
Good luck dude!

To be honest, it looks like you gained a lot of fat on your cycle along with the muscle. I say this with you best interest in mind. I suggest that you head to the diet section and really get your meal plan sorted out. They will get you on the track to diet down to sub 15%. It shouldn't be too hard if you stay disciplined and do your cardio. Once you lose the fat you will be able to see the new muscle more easily. Then when you cycle again, eat more carefully so as not to put on so much fat. Good luck.
