Opinions welcome, just be honest.

I used to be around 250, not a good 250 though. Ive tried really hard to clean up my diet and work more on cardio. My goal is to be more defined yet a little more solid, kind of like the situation from the jersey shore<---- I know kinda of lame example but i figured its something everybody might know. These pics are kinda of old about 3 months ago. I will upload some more recent pics in the next few days.
