    9 mo of hard work.. and 3 weeks into cycle 1.. I think i see progress!!!!

    Stats
    32yrs old
    6'4"
    248lbs(1st pic)
    219 lbs (2nd pic) this is 9mo of GOOD diet and getting back into shape + 3wks and 1 day into my 1st cycle (50mg dbol e/d+ 250 test E 2x per wk)

    What do you guys think?? man-boobs and skinny arms in pic 1... lol (PS.. I'm the one in the Ohio State shirt...lol not my beautiful prego wife)

    I like the results so far, if you go to the diet section there is a thread entitled AR remote trainer challange, I think it would help if you got involved, something to motivate you a little more and give you your next deadline for some impressive results.

    thanks for the encouragement... I will check out the challenge... I still have 8 more weeks in my cycle.. so hopefully i throw on another 15-20lbs!

    Fuk the I'm too small complex, anyone that can get down to 7% bodyfat will look like a fuking tank. Screw the scales, use the mirror. Just my 2 cents.

    You wanna feel better about how massive you look, go look at the pics in my thread "old guy making a comeback" in the diet section, just posted some I took today, you'll feel better about yourself in no time!

    Hell man.. you look pretty damn good... I bet if we stood next to each other you are a hell of a lot bigger than you think... after my cycle and I cut down.. I bet we are the same size...

    now we are both throwing a pitty my smallness party...lol we are both bigger than probably 90% of men our age...
