Hello guys, im now 1 month into a cutting phase, eating about 2200 cals a day with carbs only in the morning and burning 1k calories via cardio after workout 5 times a week.

height: 5`9

starting stats were 213 lbs, 15-16% BF give or take and bloated.


Now 200 lbs


My strength is still the same, even went up a little in the upper body

Could anyone guess my current BF?
