sorry got tied up clubbinkid,
YOu are 205lbs now right? So i would suggust around 3500 to 4000 cals per day. Break the cals down into 40% protein, 40%carbs and 20% fat and you have a good base to start with on your diet.
Try to eat as much real food as you can but you are rushed for time use the shakes and protien bars.
When you are doing as's of any kind always make sure you are getting in 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per lb of lbm per day.
