good job! very inspiring for someone like myself (31 not getting any younger) to see its possible to enjoy the things we love to do when hit the 40 mark or hell even the 50-60 mark. my dr has been telling me to stop lifting weights for the last 10 years. even though i have not had any health problems(just injuries from work accidents and auto accidents) blood pressure and all other things he checks out from time to time are just fine. he even stated to me that the muscle mass and strength i have was the very reasons the accidents were not more fatal and the recovery was so well. so i just listen to my body and go from there.

Thank you Animal, lol.
Thanks Kenton. I appreciate the encouragement. Means a lot.
That is a great strategy. I need the weights as much mentally as physically. I dont plan on stopping, and encourage you to keep it up as well. Thank you bro.

yeah guys i know my doc may seem off a little to us but he is a good dr. he just thinks biking, hiking, swimming, and rafting are better exercises!!
just wondering 1big11 what kind of routine do you run these days? is it more volume and longer time or more intensity and shorter time? just curious how your recovery time is cause i know you got to be lifting heavy!!

Definitely bro. I'll be the old guy on the Harley with the naked girl on back. LOL
Thanks bro. Respect to you
Thank you. I appreciate the encouragement.
I definitely train short duration and intense. I hit each muscle group once every five days. I eat an enormous amount of food, even when dieting. I avoid cardio like the plague. LOL.
Thanks for your comments oldschool. I appreciate the encouragement. Respect to you.
