Arms and delts look good. However, chest is lagging. With that being said, I just looked over your routine and you're overtraining your chest. Try something like this:
M:Chest
T:Back
W:Legs
Th: Shoulders/Traps
F: Bi's/Tri's/Forearms

You've built a good base. Keep doing what you're doing and don't fall out of the gym again.
Are you sure your arms are only 14"? They look a little bigger.

I was thinking the same thing, but then again he is 5'6", so it is possible.

I thought the routine looked a little off but without knowing the op's definition of heavy and light it's hard to say if it's overtraining. Although there are much better routines such as the one ****** posted that will be more efficient.

you should dedicate a day to shoulders and one to legs and get rid of the light chest work out. My .02 cents!

awesome, yeah i think i'm going to cut out light chest on thursday. and just do legs thursday and just shoulders wednesday..
generally on chest i do 5x5 with 225 on bench. 5x5 185 then 195 the last two sets on incline and 5x5 on decline with 225.
Thanks guys, i just hope it all falls together, i want people to notice i workout when i'm walking in the mall or something.

your arms look a lot bigger than 14". you can up your creatine to 5-10 g a day, 2.8 g isn't very much.

im just as tall as you with what looks to be the same frame long arms wide shoulders
it makes it really funky when working out them meaning triceps always look full and biceps look like there lagging on a good note easy to over come and your at a great base for pushing forward
my 2 cents would be if you want to catch them up do slow controlled movements ie preacher curls negative concentration curls hammer curls on a preacher setup stuff like this cause it really take all movement out of the body and places it where it belongs and it works well and adding overall size to your arms

hey thanks man... yeah i actually started focusing really hard on my triceps about 2months ago. i've been focusing on my bicepts within the passed 3 weeks, i do heavy weight. EX
Dumbell Curls
40x5 (warm up with 35s, start set with 40's though)
Strait bar preacher curl
20 on each side. (hurts wrist, usta skip it alot, here within the passed weeks been focusing)
negative concentration curls
35x5 (3 sets)
Hammer Curls
usually 30x5 then up to to 35x5
and a few cable movements.
i've always thought my tri's were laggin so i've been trying to catch them up, lol
also, could you post a pic of you or do you have a thread?
