    21 yrs old (2.5 yrs natural) Aussie Member (Need advice)

    Hey guys

    Im a fellow Australian from Sydney Area. Been lifting solid for 2 and a half years now. I love working out and would never stop unless i could not lift a weight for medical reasons or whatever so basically never lol.

    I have done solid research on AAS and PCT Cycles for around 6 months now and as much as i really want to do a cycle it seems that its best for me to wait till im at least 25+ (Although in all honesty its really hard for me, as i just want to do my cycle already. Just wanna be honest)

    Ive been working on my diet last year and basically got it to a tee. My training is solid and never really slack. Always motivated as i want to be a beast of a Asian because most Asians are twigs haha.

    Some background on me in a nutshell is:

    Family History: All family members including cousins are less than 60kg (132lbs) normally around 50-60kg and around 5'5 to 5'8 all short.

    My stats:

    BF: Around 15% (I think no idea) haha
    Age: 21
    Height: 6'1
    Starting Weight Prior Weights: 59kg (129.8 lbs)
    Current Weight: 79-80kg (176 lbs)
    Training Solid: 31 months (2 yrs and a bit)

    due to being naturally a twig and been stuck at 79-80kg for around 6 months now just starting to hit me hard and demotivated me as i just can't seem to put on size anymore..

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Nice to see another tall skinny guy get to kind of big. I use to be just like you. 144 at 6'3 until I started dieting & lifting like crazy now I'm 180 trying to break into the 200s

    good progress.. Sick fvcking tatto also..

    the first 20-30lbs are always the easiest to gain.. what used to take you weeks to build will now take months.. go into the diet section and post what your diet looks like.. i am sure we can get you to 90kg in the next 18 months if you get your diet down..

    good idea waiting till you are younger.. everyone on here will say 25.. but some are ready at 24 or late 23's.. depends on a few things.. but just take it one day at a time and soon enough you will be ready.

    You can deff put on more size naturally, steroids are generally used, or should only be used when you have reached your natural limit which can take YEARS of trail and error with diet, training etc. Wait it out, you will be happy you did

    My weekly routine is

    Monday - legs
    Tuesday - bis and tris
    Wednesday - shoulders and traps
    Thursday - off
    Friday - chest
    Saturday - back
    Sunday - off

    Usually have a deload week every 6-8 weeks

    About 98% committed might miss like 2-3 days of the year.

    My diet is what I need to fix I think.

    My usual day diet is.

    10am - oats with low fat milk
    2 eggs and piece of bread

    12 pm - 2 pieces of chicken breast
    Some natural almond nuts

    2 pm - pre workout supplements
    NO and creatine

    3 pm - whey protein lean gainer

    5 pm - salmon and almond nuts
    Potato and 2 pieces of toast

    7 pm - steak and mixed vegetables

    9 pm - eat a random meal that my parents made for dinner normally conist of rice chicken and book choi

    you should lay off gear till you're older, in meantime get blood work done and hope you havent screwed yourself up

    try and get up to 90 kgs and then reassess i would say if your determined to use aas definitely max out your natural potential dude..

    I'm 18 78kg (172ibs) and 6"3, almost as big as u :P started at just 62kg (132ibs) last june. i want to get to 200ibs naturally by 21 b4 i juice. i would say u could push it a bit more. post in diet forum and ask for gbrice's advice, the guy is a hero. has helped me out alot. i dont really like ur diet at a glance. post macros! doesnt seem like enough protein or cals for bulking. i go 4 1.5g protein for 1ib BW. ur bit heavier then me and i get 250g protein a day...

    Yeh thanks guy I absolutely agree that I should max my potential first. But wondering how do I know what my max potential is? As I feel like I just can't get any bigger. I am determined to do whatever it takes. Just hard to stay determined since I been the same weight for 3-5 months..

    Not picking a fight with you Dec11 but you seem to just jump to threads that are created by users 25 years or less and start massive flame wars.
