Bros I have been busting my former fat ass for almost a year now. It will be a year in July. I began this transformation at 375lbs....
I am now down to around 335 as of two days ago.

I will post more as I grow !!! My goal date for completion is July 4th 2003 !

T3 no, clen yes. Only twice. I am lifting heavy doing cardio every day and my diet is very low carbs VERY !!! Like only 30g a day. No carbs at night , or pretty much after 4:00pm.

Of course your water,water water, and a whole lot of discipline.

FKITLETS GO- Yes about 1.5 months old...So I have lost more bf and added muscle since that pic.BBTW - WHy the hell did you change your name ?
