YOu did a good job at building a good natty base!!! I think you are at a place where aas could def be used. Your age and training and diet look like you got what you need but when you go on Make sure your eating 20-25kcals per lb of bodywieght so 4200-5200 cals per day. that test will soak up all those calories and turn it into muscle! lol Dont be shy with the food! Biggest mistake peple make
