    looking good man.. still curious as to why other thread is still locked.. but i assume if it wasn't titled what it was you might have gotten away with it.. tough to say its okay for me but not for you to all the 21y.o. noobs that were floating on the other thread.... especially when people like Arnold started at even younger than you did.

    i really appreciate your insight on that whole issue, and i know plenty of guys who started younger than me who are no where near to what arnold accomplished. i could care less that the other thread is locked lol if its getting that much attention then maybe it should stay locked?

    meal 1:
    2 whole eggs
    1.5 cup egg whites
    1 cup oats
    1 piece of fruit

    meal 2:
    10 oz chicken
    1.5 cups brown rice

    meal 3:
    10oz chicken
    1.5 cup brown rice
    1.5 tbsp natural peanut butter

    meal 4 and 5:
    same as meal 2

    meal 6:
    8 oz red meat
    2 cups broccolli or bag of spinach

    **will not be listing supplements due to prior negative feedback. will post if i get permission from admin or mods

    i can second this. i have gained weight and stressed so much but kept thinking hey im looking better so i got the bf% test done and i dropped 3% while gaining. fvck numbers

    ive had many clients that i trained that would call me all day everyday worrying about losing a pound or gaining a pound, people dont understand that it takes TIME to lose fat or gain muscle (or both in certain situations)
