new pics, how fat am i?
Im now 6 weeks back from a 2 month layoff.
Age: 21
height: 6"2
weight: 212lbs.
When I started back I was weighing just around 220lbs. My body responds very well to bodybuilding, my muscles just start poping out all over! Could be muscle memory? Anyways no leg shots or back shots so hopefully I can get an accurate bf%

I would guess you more in the 15-16% range. Some quality muscle just below the surface though.

Just curious..would running a first cycle of test e at 500 mgs a week for ten weeks be wise?

Bigd89,
Just curious how large are your biceps. I am 6.1 and 210 15" flexed and am curious how much larger your arms are than mine, as I can tell for sure your chest and arms are better developed.

17" flexed. I know triceps make up 3/4 of the arm but my biceps just grow rapidly, the only exercise I do is heavy barbell curls. I do close grip and skullcrushers for my tris but they just don't respond as well as my bis. For chest I stick to the basics as well: heavy bench and incline.

I would advise against that because of your age and level of development. I am thinking that with your physical job and heavy workouts you could pack on a lot more muscle natty before jumping to the dark side. I would spend the money on a diet coach like alex azarian (prepbyalex.com) who could help you get your diet in check to maximize natty gains and stay lean. When you have more beef and are leaner your cycle will be way more productive. as you get closer to 30 and 40 your natty levels will drop and the cycle will be more appealing. IMO too many guys fry their nuts when they are young and most who do, don't really have a chance at the "big time" so i say weigh all the costs and benefits.
