    body fat estimation for Magraa please :D

    hay guys just took these pictures quickly tonight, i know they are not the best, any guess's what my body fat is right now, thanks

    also my chest just doesnt seem to change or grow .....

    chest workout currently looks like this

    all sets are between the 8 to 12 rep range

    incline bench press 4 working sets
    incline DB 3 sets
    decline DB 3 sets
    incline flys 3 sets
    and 5 sets of low pulley crossovers

    this routine may be absolute shite ??? so please help, any advice is appreciated .....

    I would put you in the 12-13% range. I have a feeling the lack of chest growth is entirely due to form rather than routine. Your delts (anterior and medial) are one of your best bodyparts which leads me to believe you are letting them take over your chest exercises.

    Good comment fireguy. I would try out a couple of all flye workouts and see if you can nail your pecs. Also pushups and dips are great for preexhausting the pecs before you do the heavy lifting. If you don't get sore you're not hitting the chest right. concentrate on the incline work first. And take a look at your diet. You may not be eating enough to grow. Make are it's clean tho and 7 meals a day.

    Having said all that, u look good, nice and lean so you have a great foundation to build off of!

    I agree as well, your shoulders look great, and may be compensating some. Sounds lame but maybe try lighter dumbell presses while laying on a sit up/exercise ball..

    thanks for the replys guys, i will concentrate on the form more to try and build a bigger chest, hopefully ill see some improvement when i bulk again, as currently im just concentrating on droppping bodyfat, thanks
