you are looking good for only working out a short time. keep natural as long as you can since you have good genetics. you're legs are definetly a strong point. how old are you?

ya, about the gyno, if you have it, you know that you can give the ol' nipples a little pinch, and the puffiness is unnoticeable. and about my legs, you are gonna hate me for this, but i only do legs probably once a month, if that. and before about 3 months ago, i probalby did them every 2 months.

What else do you do for legs then? I mean do you do a lot of bike riding, or other leg involved type of exercises??

well, for 4 months out of the year i play volleyball. you caught me, i dont get off that easy with training legs. the other day i saw my first vein in my leg and just stared at it for like 15 min. im starting to get more now too that im cutting.
