    Gyno or Deformity?

First, I have never cycled. About two weeks ago I started TRT.
For as long as I can recall my chest has looked out of wack. I'm wondering if maybe it is because
A: I had gyno in my teenage years and never discovered it.
    B: Just deformed
C: I had a problem with my shoulder dislocating for about 13 years and let it go so long that my muscles grew funny.

What do you think any advise would be appreciated.

If it is gyno and it has been like this for years I guess my only option is surgery, right?

I would like to get more than one persons opinion on this. (Though I appreciate you commenting jtuner77.)
I'm curious if surgery will be the only option and if so, what type of doctor do I see first?

FAT, looks like you may have more muscle in one pec than the other, which could be causing the deformity.

Yeah for sure reduce the body fat and see what results you see on your chest. I had a simalar situation but a little further along ( I am 50 +) and when I used to wear a teashirt guys I hung out with who don't lift had commented on my sweet tits...NICE...the fukheds LOL. Well after starting on juice and learning about gyno and then worrying my ass off I started making some serious changes to my diet ( the most important) and increasing my cardio ( secondary importance) and now have a major improvement. While it is often hard to draw the line between gyno/pseudogyno that is to say gyno or just natural fat accumlation unless you have lumps under the nipple and hard rubbery deposits you can almost always see a major improvement by simply changing diet and dropping wieght and doing chest work do expand the chest plates. That is do excersizes to work the edges of the pec and the connnective tissues ( pull over machine, flys, cable work-crossovers etc, dumbell work) not just a bunch of bench presses which in my opinion just tend to peak the pecs and increase the appearence of the gyno/pseudogyno.

    Good luck FFM.

Thanks a lot! This gives me hope. I'll stick to my diet and cardio then I'll post new pic's when I drop some body fat.

Usually with gyno the lumps behind the nipple are hard/firm, not malleable or "squishy" like fat is. Also, you usually notice a puffiness and sensitivity to touch. Last, gyno has a characteristic up-turn of the nipple (like a natural female breast-I'd post pics of what I mean here but this isn't the forum for that so maybe google that). Anyway I'd say fat.
