    4 month cut

    pics are bad but the last 2 pics were at the start sitting 195 at 5'9" prolly 20%
    first 2 pics are a couple of days ago sitting 175 znd bf % not sure didnt check but im thinking like 12%

    Nice progress, but I doubt you are sitting at 12% bf at the moment. I would guess 15-16%.
