Jenna,
I hate to say this, and it really means nothing I'm sure. Please do your best to get back to the way you were! You were so hot, now you look a bit... beefy. Whereas I would love to have you in my photo shoots (a friend owns a modelling agency), now I would like to hire you to help bounce at the nightclub I work in!
You had the perfect body, I just hate to see a beautiful woman go astray.
I know that's not the typical response for this forum, and that my views will be flamed, but unless you're going to do Conan movies, you're just too big!
Hope you're not offended, just trying to keep the hotties of the world looking, well, hot.

I also think she looked better before, but who cares what we think what matters is what she wants. If she's happy then kudos to her newer beefier( if that's even a word ) self.

She is still planning on cutting though, who knows what she decides, it is up to her, and hopefully she'll keep us posted with info and more pics.

Not Right
I think it's pretty hypocritical for guys to come on here and tell women not to get bigger. If we were going by popular opinion, nobody should get extremely muscular. There are TONS of women out there who don't like the bodybuilding look on men.
Still, if a guy on here wants to get HUGE (even if it means he grosses out a lot of woman) nobody here discourages him. Nobody says he should go back to being the way he was before. It's his choice and we respect that.
For all the hard work Jenna has put in, she deserves better than B.S. opinions from guys who look at her more like a sex object than determined athlete. I don't know Jenna, but I'm sure she has a brain, and has decided this is what she wants to do. It's not like she walks this world just so men can jerk off in front of their computers.
Jenna, as a guy here's my opinion: I think you looked great before. I think you look great now. And I think as long as you're smart with the drugs, you'll do well in the future. Before, you looked like a fitness competitor. You now look like you're about 60% of the way to having the pro bodybuilder look.
If that's your athletic goal, keep it up and don't let anything these knuckleheads say dissuade you from being the next Yaxeni.

Venice, quit trying to get laid. Who would you rather go after if you were in a social setting? Hotty Jenna in the before pics, or beefcakey Übermass Weightgain 4000 (may cause irreversible damage to the kidney and liver) Jenna in the "after" pics? Come on, you know the choice is Jenna numbah one.
As for those of you wanting to get huge, just remember to stretch so you can keep some flexibility. As for me, I go by sinewy for a reason!
Jenna, can't see your grill, but your body in the before pics are gorgeous. I appreciate your hard work in getting bigger, you have obviously put some effort into it. I just hate to see a woman of your obvious beauty lose her femininity (forgive my spelling).
Scotty
PS - If you guys want to be REAL men, come talk to me when you can do this, Hooah?

I don't see how you can say that she doesn't look feminine. Personally she looks hot. It's also ludicris to compare Jenna to Yaxine.
I choose at this point in my life to lift naturally. I know that I won't achieve super huge levels of muscularity. Btu that's my decision.
It is HER body. Jenna alone has to live with any decisions. You have a right to have an opinion. You voiced it. If this isn't want you like in a woman, go look at Oxygen or Playboy. Personally, those friggen twigs with silicone do absolutely nothing for me.
So move along...

I quoted the above passages because I wanted to address them. In the first passage you make reference to "irreversable damage to kidney and liver". My contention with that statement is two fold...one, the risks for a female damaging her liver and kidneys is no greater than a male. So it appears that your are slamming anybody who uses AAS. Second, if used responsibly and in reasonable dosages, there is no irrefutable proof that AAS use causes "irreversable" damage. As a matter of fact, most times when AAS use is stopped, liver and kidney values quickly return to normal...even after prolonged usage. Granted, there have been no studies to prove that it is 100% safe either and some do suffer consequences that may or may not be a direct result of their drug use, but then again, we all know the risks before starting...I know for a fact that Jenna thoroughly researched before administering AAS.
Your second statement is simply a personal opinion...nothing more. I don't begrudge you your opinion and we welcome all opinions as long as they are presented in a respectful manner, but if you truly feel that way, you're probably at the wrong board as a large part of our female membership have used, or are considering using, AAS and like training with weights and increasing muscularity...to differing degrees of course, but the bottom line is I personally think the new Jenna looks fantastic and I'm sure many will back me up. No offence meant bro.

besides it's her body and she can do what she wants, although everyone
has an opinion...sometimes it's better keeping it to yourself.

Hey!
I just want to thank you for that response! Very concise and intelligently written. I'm serious.
Yes, I know this is your turf and that I am an interloper (not your words but mine). A friend who is VERY musclebound and a virtual PT stud, not saying this just because he'll read it it's true, showed me this site and asked my opinion. As an outspoken person, I decided to share it with you all. Mostly in jest, but still honest.
Just so you know, I don't plan on invading threads and chances are I won't even view this site often. I'm not a spammer, just a Former Army Guy (I know, acronym: FAG) with a strange sense of humor.
As for Venice trying to get laid, it's a knee jerk response to his post. No harm no foul. I think we're ALL trying to get laid at one time or other. I'm trying to get laid right now. Just chose the wrong forum to trawl...
Good luck with your gains, and try not to intimidate us smaller yet sinewy guys. We're sensitive.
Scotty
PS - I was also serious about the stretching thing.

I've attached a pic of me in a somewhat relaxed pose, so that he can see that when I'm not posing, I'm not that big. When I go out, I always get postive attention from men, so if that weren't the case, then Sinewey's opinion might matter to me.

I gotta bump Jenna one more time...Damn hard work, damn amazing results.
Great size on that back!
Athletic girls are sexy, and girls that work out are simply the best!!! Who wants a girl that your scared you will break?!?!? Jenna lifts for her goals and her desire's...that's what is attractive about female bb'ers. They dont do it for anyone but themselves, and they have the dicipline to achieve there goals!
These are the type of girls that you can sit down with, plan out a cycle, and your goals realistically and honestly. Your the type of chica that you can be a kick ass friend to anyone who's as serious about lifting as you I'd bet!
There should be more women like Jenna in the world...*(JMO)*
Ok, now i'm at work, and it's time to get ready to drive 4 hours to Charolette *i hate work...but love going outta town....*

???
Trying to get laid??? Jenna's in Houston. I'm in Los Angeles. I got skills--but c'mon, that's 1,500 miles.
No, I was just expressing my opinion. As someone who's spent time training at the Mecca, and has been trained by an IFBB pro, I understand how much dedication goes into it in addition to AS.
My only constructive criticism for Jenna is that it looks like *maybe* you might have some technique issues with bicep curls. They don't look like they're getting the stimulation your other muscles are. If you haven't already, you might want to check you have your wrist position straight and you're on the right plane for your peak contraction.
By the way, that's something I'd stress to everyone who reads this!!! AS is all well and good but you'll never get TOP RESULTS if you're not 100% solid on your technique. I trained at different percentages of "right" for years before I finally found a pro who could get me in the perfect body positions for each movement. I can't tell you how much of a difference small adjustments can make.

Re: Training
I've been working with a pro (I won't say who) but the woman has the biggest arms I've ever seen on a woman. She's huge.
Her training philosophy has really showed me exactly how pros get to the level they do. In a nutshell, the emphasis on body mechanics has been out of this world. This woman will not let me have a single muscle out of position--even if it's a muscle that's not being trained.
The result has been (at least on bicep curls) going from curling 50's to 30's and feeling far more pain and pump with the lighter weight. I don't know if this will help but here's her sitting bicep curl "checklist".
When you sit, have your chest out, your shoulders back, your butt pushed out, your knees close together, and your back straight. Make sure your wrists are locked in a straight position. Make sure you're getting peak extension range on both ends of the movement. Suppine your wrists at the top of the movement so the interior part of your hand is facing almost up toward the ceiling. Be sure your elbows are staying in and stationary during the movement...and also your shoulders. Alternate tempo from peak contraction sets to faster pumping sets from workout to workout.
She's gone through this with me on every exercise we do. It's taken months, but it's made a big difference. If you're having bicep problems (considering how well you've developed elsewhere) definitely find a trainer who's an expert at bi's, drop your curl weight, and get the exercise right. They will grow...guaranteed.

I'm sorry I did not read the rules for the board and I apologize first to Jenna and then to anyone else I may have offended for my previous post. It was just said in fun.

Venice - Thanks a lot for your advice. I will try and go lighter and focuse more on form. I will also ask around to see if there's a trainer that's especially good at biceps exercises. No one has ever taught me how to workout. I sorta learned on my own with a little help here and there, so I could use a trainer on certain body parts. I love learning new exercises and new techniques. Thanks again!
k1401 - apology accepted! No offense taken!

My pleasure
Jenna-
The progress you've made is really spectacular if you're self-taught on lifting weights. If that's the case, you must have awesome genetics and can probably take it to an NPC level and possibly pro...if you go back and relearn how to do EVERY exercise.
BB's like golf. It's all about mechanics. Even areas where you're progressing, there are probably adjustments you can make that will help your progress even faster.
Maybe someone on the board can recommend a trainer in Houston who knows their stuff. Either a certified bodybuilder or someone who trains bodybuilders for competition. Those would be best.
If you have any other specific questions drop me a PM and I'll try to help out.

Thanks Venice! I appreciate the help. There's actually a guy names Keith Klein that's pretty well known in Houston.. I may look into seeing him...

Coming to Charlotte? Funny, that's where I am. Bring Jenna, my friend (the musclebound one) would love to meet her I'm sure! I would too. And you're right, Jenna, you don't look quite as big as the camera seemed to show in the relaxed pic.

Damn, Jenna! Your threads just never seem to end! I guess these guys and gals can just never get enough of a beautiful female.
I'll just say that the body Jenna wants is totally up to her. When I last saw her, she was somewhere in between the before and the after pics. She looked great then and I'm sure she still does now.
Oh, by the way, pictures on the internet really are not easily judged, everything looks different in person.

All I can say is WOW!!!! You look spectacular... Your gains are very impressive and I wouldn't change a thing!
Funny about what Venice said about the biceps... at the beginning of this year I changed my bicep routine and dropped weight just like he said. I do dumbell curls at a lighter weight and sqeeze the hell out of them.. I never did the concentration curls either until this year.. And after about 3 months you can really see a big difference in the shape.
I'd like to know the size of your arms... and once you diet down, you will probably see a little more of a peak in them!
You look very athletic which I think is very sexy.....no matter what anyone says. It's for YOU only!!!!!
