    Body Fat % Estimate

    190 Pounds ( From 265 at his biggest about a year ago or less id say)
    32 YO
    5'10"

    what do you guys think his body fat % is ?

    Hes bad with Technology so im posting for him.

    Big congrats to him for losing that weight. I lost 75 pounds a while back and know what it takes.

    I will let someone more knowledgable comment on the BF%.

    I told him 20% +/- 2% or so.

    I got too skinny, but yeah, it was life changing. Then I destroyed my spine, was immobile and lost muscle and gained fat again. I was out of the gym for six years and started up again at the beginning of this year. Hell, if you can get in shape in the past, you can do it again. All it takes is hundreds of hours in the gym and hundreds of pounds of chicken. Right?

    For proper estimation need back shot and legs. From that photo i'd put you at about 25-27%. Congratulations on loss so far. Keep it up.

    So what do you have for a BF % is what hes looking for.

    also a 75lbs loss club member here and the shit is not easy or fun lol. congrats to him. auslifta has the best bf estimate. around 24% somewhere is my guess
