Before 10 week Sust 250 Cycle
Have put on 20lbs natty in the last 10 months, currently 215lbs 5'10.
About to start a 10 week cycle of sust 250 (500mgs per week). Below are precycle photos and I'll keep a log of lifting stats, measurements and new photos as the weeks go on. Goal is to shred some fat, put some lbs on and develop the lats and bi's more.

Looking good bro. Traps look out of proportion IMO. Maybe abit more upper chest but looking good man.

I wish everything else grew like my traps, they are pure genetics. I haven't touched shrugs in 3 years but obviously they get worked with deadlifts. Defiantly trying to get more proportional (Lats, bis, upper chest and middle core work)

One on the left is a year and a half ago after having 2 plates put in my right hand dropped down to around 180lbs and lost alot of muscle. The one on the right is about 6months ago at a leaner 205. Currently 215, I had to gain a little fat to break through some plateaus and it worked. All natty gains the last year and a half, about to start a cycle to break through some more barriers and fill out some weak points that are genetic weak points.Last edited by pikenat; 11-30-2011 at 07:27 PM.

1 week of results
In one week I gained 7lbs and then I broke my thumb ....awesome!! But here was the one week of results, left is the week prior and the one on the right is after one week of cycle. My body responded well. Can't wait to heal and get back in the gym to rebuild the base again.

Was working with my gf's dad on a porch and he dropped a 6x6 which caught my hand inbetween the 6x6 and another post it then fell and clipped me in the leg leaving a big ass bruise. So wasn't a weight lifting accident, but my dad whose 56 broke his finger 2 weeks ago in the gym. He was doing dumbbell flat bench with a trainer and they didn't move the warm up dumbbells out of the way so when he put down the dumbbells it caught his finger in between the two. Snapped the finger bone popped out and he had to have a temporary rod put in. Another good weight room accident was my buddy was trolling and staring at a girl way to hard and was pulling a 45lbs plate off the rack, well he wasnt paying attention and didn't see there was a 25lbs plate infront. Well, it fell off and broke his foot. Always be careful in the gym!

Been able to do some cardio since i hurt my thumb and lost a small amt of fat, have a little more definition in arms and shoulders now. Want to add more mass in my back and lower the bf% once I heal and before I start the cycle.

Keep up the good work bro. Dont forget to post week ten's Pic! I myself will be doing a Sust250 cycle in the late spring. I also have 10 amps of Tren . Would u recommend Doing both Sust and Tren or just stick with Sust. Hit me up when ur finished with the cycle. Ill be posting some b4 and after pics also.

Will do, I just got started back lifting heavy again since the injury. It will be my first cycle in 4-5 years (did one way to young and got lucky I didn't do any permanent damage) so I'm doing Sust only, depending on your cycle history you may not need the Tren or need to stack anything else. awesome bro im about to start a 10 week cycle myself. What do you have on hand for PCT? And are u taking an Ai during cycle? I heard that sustaton is the only steroid that when use in a bulking cycle puts on good muscle mass and 'BURNS FAT' at the same time

about to start week 4: weight is up to 225lbs, bench is up 40 lbs squat is up 60 and to top it off lost an inch off my waist. Life is good.

I just started a sus cycle with d-bol, my first cycle btw. I was advised to run 2cc's a week split. you guys think this sounds about right? Looking good pikenat
