Time to get shredded, contest prep pics!
I might make a log and take pics every week if anyone would be interested. Just some quick pics at 12 weeks out. Weight is 198.6 first thing in the morning. Started my diet last saturday at 207, most of the weight lost was water, I was bloated as hell. I'm gonna add some food to my diet, I drop fat fast. Sorry about the bad posing, haven't started practicing yet.
I'm on my second real cycle. Only ran a low dose of winny starting 5 weeks out and halo 2 weeks out for my first show.
Currently running 770mg test prop ew, 525mg mast ew, 350mg tren ew along with ghrp-2 and mod grf (1-29). Used slin at 10iu pre work out during my bulk.

Tren should be kicked in by next week so we'll see how I look. Also gonna add some methyl 5-aa into the mix hopefully.

Thanks man, My first cycle was test prop/npp/drol/dbol injectable mix so I'm not worried about tren. I want to be pro. I know my calves are weak, they have actually come up quite a bit this year. I wasn't flexing them in most of those pics due to my being out of practice with posing.

looks like u photoshoped yourself onto a 150 lbers calves haha, If you had the calf genetics you really would have the whole package. You are looking really solid and im sure you are going really cut, i dont doubt that you will get small striations on your glutes as well. Good work and im looking forward to seeing your progress.

If I had to choose one weak body part it would be calves, I'm not flexing them at all in the back shots which makes them look even smaller. Fortunately I've never seen a bodybuilding show won with calves, dexter jackson took the olympia with his 12inch calves. If I have striated glutes I'll be very happy, you don't see them too often at this level.

I wouldnt put too much credence into the calf critiques. They tend to be a muscle you either have or dont have. From what I have seen in contests over the last 20 years is the judges are generally overlooking weak calves (Dennis Wolf). If you have a killer set it can definitely add to the physiques overall appeal but lack of them isnt a deal breaker as it is with most other bodyparts.

Yes, I would be interested in keeping up with your progress as you prepare for your show. It would be very helpful to me as I prepare for one myself.

Your "May" look is what I'm after. Almost there, but having big trouble shedding that last 1/2" of fat over my abs.

No log, I'll post up my diet here when I get some time. Pretty simple diet, started at 2700 cal, 340g protein, 271g carbs, 29g fat. I'll have to re figure that though, switched from fish to ground turkey recently as i'm down 12 lbs in a week and a half. Trying something a little different, keeping fats very low and giving myself some more carbs. Cardio is 45 minutes on the treadmill, 15 grade, 3mph, I'm not sure why but I like the incline. So far with the carbs up I feel great in the gym, still getting great pumps and strength is there. I was at 195lbs this morning. I'll update pics every saturday.

Oh, I also wanted to ask you in regards to your calves, have you ever considered using Synthol by Synthetek? I've never used this stuff, but after studying it, I have to say that it looks very attractive. I too am cursed with tiny calves. Before I started lifting weights I only weighted 142 lbs, if that tells you anything about how small my natural frame is.
