ill be honest. regardless u using gear which u shouldnt have but whats done is done. do ur pct and learn to train and diet cause to be honest
doesnt look like u really workout at all. i have mates that look like that just doing general activitys.
get in the diet section mate and learn to diet. this will allow u to make some good gains naturally
good luck

yea buddy, thas was a complete lie. u gotta no about the sups your putting into your body, all the way around. front, back inside outside, everything. wat i suggest you do is go over to the nutrition section and get your macros in check. if you don't know where to start, read the stickies. gotta get that diet in check. there is one specific for you to look at i think, its called something like "hardgainer".
wats your stats tho bro.

You have a good frame if you really got into it. Your abs have potential. Based on your age though, stay away for a few years. Eat a lot and lift heavy with fewer reps. Stay away from the 8-10 reps and stick more to 4-6 with heavy weights. Not a bad foundation to work from. Good luck.

One thing I do appreciate is his honesty, and the fact that he's not acting like a jackass. It's refreshing.
As said above, definitely get into the diet and exercise forum, read up, ask questions. Everybody is more than willing to give advice.
Keep working!

came in saw first post and was angry.. then read the rest and was refreshed. at least you know it wasnt the smartest thing to do so im not going to jump on it. just lift heavy and EAT.. as skinny as you are dont be afraid to pack down the cals.. as skinny as your are youll get minimal fat gain packing in cals as long as youre training very hard.. just work your ass off in the gym and work 10x as hard in the kitchen.. good luck

very true. realize that ur body is not going to grow in the gym it grows in rest peroids. so take the kitchen serious and work you ass of getting ur diet together and prepping foods. this is going to b the sole factor in determining wat u look like. did ubcheck the hard gainer sticky?
