critique my physique !
hey guys/gals i want you all to critique my phyisque. im currently a senior in high school (ALMOST DONE!!!!!!! ) my current stats are 5'8. 172lbs, about 12% bf, 1 year of lifting. im been doing a ckd diet for the past 5 weeks and have lost a total of 17lbs and have dropped an estimate of about 4% bf. i want to know what i need to work on to get an overall better physique. im looking for a a bigger frame with more rock hard muscle. i really want the abs too so i slowly getting there! if you want any other pics i will be more than glad to throw some up! i forgot to add that i havent done any gear yet and im still all natural lol. the only thing that im currently on is an EC stack!

Wrong section, this should be posted in the members pictures section. I'm sure a mod will move it for you. Very good development for a senior, stay natural for a few more years! You should think about competing, you have an awesome v taper.

thanks alex. id love to compete but i feel like my low ab developement really hinders my physique along with my birthmark on my right quads lol. do u see anything that needs improvement?

That birthmark wouldn't be a problem at all, with the tanner you would never even notice it. Your not cut enough to really critique your abs. Your proportioned pretty well, I would say your back can come up a bit. I would start concentrating on more heavy rows and deadlift's to build some thickness.

yea i would probably do my heavy compounds first then drop to the more isolation movements. would you say tbar rowes are good for building that thickness

They arnt photoshopped. I took these pics on the webcam of my laptop. I can upload more if you really dont believe me. Btw im taking that as a complement cuz i have been working on my midsection

How long you been working out?
I have a friend at work that been working out for 3 years and he doesn't look any different than the average joe. he stated to me he is maintaining lol

ive been working out seriously with the diet and the 5days a week for just under a year now

Pics do look dodgy but video looks real enough. You appear to have a really long abdomen.
Oh, and I would put you 16% maybe a little more, not 12%.
But keep on it and get your diet dialled in.
