starting my progress timeline
ok guys so here is my progress since i started changing my life. been led astray a few times but im back on track now thanks to a few of you guys helping me get my diet in order
-this was september 2011. 230lbs and around 29%BF
-this was novermber 2011-215lbs and around 24%BF
-this was april 2012-200lbs and around 20%BF
i have been working really hard and now that i have my macros in order and my ratio is tight its time to put some serious muscle on. hopefully by august i can have my BF down to around 15 without losing too much muscle and can get my confidence back.

Excellent so far. Are you lifting at all or did you shed the 30 lbs with cardio?

Ok so today is the 24th and I'm checking in. I have been hesitant to get on a scale but I did this afternoon in the gym. I'm at 205 at this point which means I'm down from my starting weight of 207. I'm thinking I should weigh in the morning fasted and I may be at 203 possibly. I have shattered all of my PR's at the gym at I'm pretty stoked about that. Visually I can see my chest is starting to pull down and flatten out and my shoulders seems to be broader and look powerful. My traps are popping more and my collar bones seem more accentuated. I haven't seen much of a drop off my waist measurements but Im sure that will come soon. Will post pics tomorrow but I do need to give a shout to 405 for helping me with my diet. Here's to a beach body guys!

ok guys havent update my timeline in a while and thats my bad. been so busy with life and the gym. so i started a test e and dbol cycle may 26th under the supervision of a bodybuilding friend. congrats to him he just placed second in his show two weeks ago. but heres some progress pics

Ok so it's now August 16th. Three weeks after my last pin from a bulk. Started at 200lbs and picked up a solid 23lbs. Have 3 weeks left on pct then I'm gonna run a cut
