    hey guys im a newbi here not done any cycles yet was just wondering what you guys though of my gains been training for about 2 years now , im 21 years old my training routine is - day 1 chest and tris - day 2 back shoulders and biceps - day 3 legs and abs - day 4 rest and feed backs good feed back , cheers

    How many pounds did u gain scince u began? What is your overal goal? Mass? Defenition? Both?

    Looking good bro! Time to start focusing on certain parts of your muscles as you have a good base, my opinion would be, upper chest and traps!! Get into them, how is the back and wheels?? I don't really like your workout either, are u having a rest day between day 1 and day 2 and so on??

    before i started training i was 13 and a half stone i dropped to 11 and a half from just training and changing mylife style i wont use the word diet and now im at 12 and a half stone so ive gain around a stone 9kilo of muscle tht any good ?

    ive reached many of my goals but my main one is to make some sort of career out of fitness and lifting so im trying to add some more size then was gunna sent some pics to agency's
