3 months -33 pounds, Only pre work out called maximizer.
Hey guys im new to this forum, so be easy on me. lol Anyways I have failed back syndrome. Fused spine with titanium rods and a cut sciatica nerve. I was off for 5 years, and am reitred now. But I figured ill rather be in pain at the gym than sitting at home out of shape. Gimme some feed back. Also I would like to try, Tren 75, and Test 600. What do you guys think......

Welcome to the board mate!
for a minute there, i thought i was going to have to raise the BS flag on ya since it looked like your tatts were moving around a bit. assuming the one on the chest is new and the right arm in the mirror, the tatt is on the upper side only, which is why in the other pic it appears to be missing.
another thing, and not to call you out, but 33lbs in 3 months?? Really?? That's a neat trick with only a pre work out called maximizer. I've never gained 33lbs in an entire year, and i've been at this for awhile. Not saying it's impossible, because I've heard it happen before, but damn!
Anyways, good to have you here!

Well yes its true, I am going through a nasty divorce and I used all the negativity in that for a positive change. Im proud, because of the situation with my back and all. Its just a blessing to be back in the gym period. I lost the 33 pounds in 2 months from depression, lol and then hit the gym twice a day for a full month. Yes the first picture I took in late feb, and the second picture i took in early june. Thanks man. Its been a tough road, but im hanging in there.

Hard luck on the divorce mate, not to worry there are just so many beautiful women in the world! Get a good one. Take things carefully with the back and keep a positive attitude. You are bouncing back. You will be better! Good luck. John
