before i got sick earlier this week, 215. i havent weighed in, and dont plan to. i know it will be down and ill get pissed off. Once i can start eating all day and lifting in the next couple days, ill gain it back anyway.

Lost a crap ton of weight having the flu. Hope I can gain it back quick. Back down around 200, feels terrible.

It is. I have Long arms. Helps with deads, hinders bench. Plus constant shoulder issues

How strict are you with diet, bro? Also are you lifting all raw or incorporating gear too? I personally dislike using gear, just IMO.

I lay off sweets but I don't really count calories anymore, just eat all day long. I take in at least 4000 everyday. And I train raw. Nothing but chalk and a belt baby
