workouts are probably are same as all u guys, intense, heavy weight 6-10 reps. 12 sets per body part, i started dieting jan 13, at weight of 250lbs, gym 2 times a day, am, and pm. i work 10hrs a day, so i eat every 2.5, small meals, low glycemic carbs, chicken, ground beef, steak.
Cardio was 25 min in am for first month, then 25min 2x day, then 30 min 2x a day for 3month. Funny thing most people say anabolics is what got me there, i took minimal dosages, i busted my ass and average for 3 month i got about 4hrs of sleep a night, i did take little naps during the day. but i came in shredded, it was my first show, i got learning to do, and i did, i got buddys who compete national level, hope to be there soon.

bigpump, you looked awesome for your first show. great job! big, cut and vascular as hell! it looks like you may have been holding a little water over your obliques before pre-judging, did you take anything to drop water weight?

You mentioned that your doses were minimal. Would you share with us what doses you used--would you write out one of your recent cycles?
