My 18 month body Transformation
Let me start by saying I love this site. My name is Anthony I decided to start lifting and using aas at the same time. I was dumb enough to listen to someone else at first and went strictly on what he said to do. Dumb yes, but luckily I found this site and the helpful bros have helped tremendously here. I'm 26 6'7 and currently 242 lbs est 13% bf but I think higher. I started at 190 lbs and peaked at 268 lbs after a full year of dirty bulking. I've used 4 cycles and am currently about to finish 600 sust 400 tren e

For a solid year it was all about the seefood diet. See food eat food, but I put on a lot of fat on the way. I was up to 28% and one day it hit me, holy shit I'm fat! So I started dieting, cut back on all the bad stuff...and do a little bit cardio each day before I lift. Too tell you the truth that's the hard part! Getting in the gym, eating like a monster, and pushing heavy weight was easy. I don't count what I eat, I just eat all the good stuff. So I know my progress won't be as fast but I figure with a solid mile each day I'll be in the single digits in a year

Thank you. My goal originally was as simple as getting big and adding lbs. once I seen a tire around my belly that all changed. I'd like to hit 10% bf and I'd love to hit 300lbs. I know that's almost impossible to do right now with my diet but maybe I can get up to 275 in my lifetime, a lean 275.

AWESOME work atrainwright....
I'm guessing you went from toothpick to heavy (bulking) & came down lifting & working hard (if I read correctly). I think you've done a hell of a job! I bet you remember the first time you could actually move your pecs, or finally felt what Lats feel like . I know, I was so skinny I never had either...
Lol. The first time I could feel my Lats I was in the mirror just fascinated!! Funny shyte! Good times!
