    Contest ready?

    Needing some advice to see if I'm contest ready.
    I need some diet and cutting advice to get shredded for a comp. .

    Just from your arms I put you about 12%. Just a guess.You need to be under 6% for stage
    For many a proper cut can take 16 weeks.
