wats your bf at right now?

loose skin is tough--wheres it at? (theres no such thing as spot reduction) just curious.
Well you can def bulk and stay cut tho... Gauge your bf closely with the changes in your diet. As you start to increase calories you can see a point where you just start to gain a little bf; from there I add in an hr of cardio 4-6 days a week fasted in the am upon waking and you should be in for a good clean bulk bub

Try 2.5lbs of beef 1lb fish 1 cup measured dry white rice, half lb potato, four table spoons of peanut butter and 5-6 cups of skim milk before bed. Don't forget fasted cardio in the am upon waking and monitor weight and bf gain. Honestly you'll probably loose weight which is what you want at first in a bulk for many reasons. The main reason being giving you a negative number to start with. From there add food that you prefer within those foods given. If you really prefer another meat such as chicken you can sub some but I really need red meat for my muscle.

    So your still cutting???.....

I woildent run it without gear you'll burn muscle... And wernt you wanting to bulk??? Save your money and get a compound for bulking if thats what you want to do. Are you trying to use the fat burners to keep you from gaining fat while tryin to add size back?
