    body type work

    hey guys so what i mean is by the tittle.... what do you think my body needs to be worked on
    i am n athlete im a sprinter and i do calisthenics only as it is body weight and it does relate to my sport
    ill chuck few pics up and let me know what you guys think needs work??

    if your a sprinter you use your legs and we can't see them....

    maybe just go tanning to seek the look of a kenyan, i heard they are fast!!

    on another note, its really hard to say. I dont know much about if theres a body type you should be after if all you are after is performance for your sport.

    You could add things to your workout which inturn may change a few things about your look and help your performance.

    As for physical changes I dont really see much you need to do for the reason your after....

    i have a feeling you may be after a certain look though due to your poses.....??

    For what?? To run faster? To do more calisthenics? What are your goals?
