I've been lifting since 7th grade fball, up till now minus ab a half year transition from high school to college. Powerlifting consisted of 3-4 sets of 6-8 reps- deadlift, seated rows, db rows, standing military, lat pull downs etc and messed up my shoulder. Now I do only circuit training which consists of a lot of one arm movements. For instance
Back: 1 arm cable row, db shrugs, db rear delt flys, db rows. Try to keep it in the 10-12 range now and that is a circuit I complete 3 times. On that same day I incorporate another muscle group.. For instance biceps
Hammer curls, cable curls, iso curls, seated reverse pull downs.
Keep in mind these change according to how often I perform the exercises
Short abs in the end and was 186 in the pic and have cut w/o losing strength 6.2 lbs since that pic
