    Thanks. Well I am 21 so I have plenty of time to grow... Only thing which is important for me now is to get to know my body as well as possible, try different prep approaches and determine what suits me the best... And.. I am 200lbs on stage on those photos, so it is not that bad, is it?

    Thank you too Well, I would not change anything. I am very happy with the results. I was full, dry, still had some energy for good posing and did not get bloated stomach at all so... everything was good. This Saturday (27.4.2013) I have last contest and I am taking exactly the same last week approach as week before (before Austrian contest). Than I will take 2-3 weeks rest.. I am looking forward to this very much because I am so much exhausted now...

    I am proud to be apart of this forum and to get to know guys like you. Wish I was young again. But people like you who are working so diligently, seriously and intensely should get these compliments from people like me and others that know what tis takes. Heck we are not born like that (your pic) you were not and we know, yep don't we know guys, just what dedication and hard work to get it like you have.
