    New here...pic of me

    Hello everyone, this picture was taken about a year and a half ago. It was four weeks brfore my first show. I'm about 5'9 -5'10, and 188lb in this pic. I weighted 174lb four weeks later at the show. I've been working hard to bring up my upper body thickness espically my back. Deads are working great!...Hope to compete again in nov and be 15-20lb heavier.

    Thanks for the remarks! Yo TheMudMan, I placed second in the middle weights, so i'm putting on as much as I can to stand next to the lightheavys, at my height I don't want to be at the bottom of the class...here's a couple from the show

    You look real good, your mid-section is amazing. Calves kinda seem like they are lacking though.

    Yeah bro you look great!!! I'd definitely love to see you walk onstage 15-20lbs heavier and in the same condition....you'd be a MONSTER!!! Good luck!
