Muscle Building to date..& 1st cycle thread
Been lifting on and off for about 5 years now. Just seriously the last 2 years.. Alway found it hard to gain size as I'm pretty tall!!
I'm 6'4 and weigh 205lbs...
Theres a few pictures before I started lifting and where I am to date... Going from Oldest to newest.
I'm currently cutting now and after the summer am considering doing a 12 week cycle of test. Whats your opinions?

First I'd examine your nutrition and training and make sure they are on point before you consider a cycle. Most will do well to seriously evaluate those items and kick them up a notch before beginning AAS. I'd bet you can still make a lot of progress and put on more good muscle with some tweaks to you nutrition and training.
Visit the Nutrition forum and read the stickies. Especially the ones regarding gaining weight. Compare them to what you eat now. You can also post what you normally consume in a thread and let the vets there have at it. They will help you. Next, visit the "Lounge" and read the thread titled "Marcus's Diary" from start to finish. Great tips on proper training methods there for you as well.
Welcome to the forum Stephan. You've made great progress. Keep it going.

And i agree with Kelkel. Nutrition is key to gaining and maintaining, and it look like you're on the right track.

Notre Dame wrestle, start your own thread. This is the 2nd one you've tried to hi-jack. Idk if your doing it to be funny, or doing it to just be a dick. Either way show some damn respect for the O.P. I'm sure it took him some balls to go and post his pictures, and ask perfectionist for there critique. Let the focus be on the O.P. if you want the attention and help, there are plenty of people that will do so if you start your own thread.
He stephen, your filling out pretty good naturally. I at one point looked just like you. I'm 6'1 and was about 160 soaking wet in HS. Once I hit college I ate, ate, and ate some more, and lifted daily. I'm telling you, once us tall guys fill out we get all the chicks : ) haha. But yeah I would try to fill out a little more naturally. I didn't do a cycle until I hit 190 lean naturally and 21 years of age. If you are going to do a first cycle, I would recommend you a much better cycle for your first, rather than test-E 12 weeker. Keep it up though.Last edited by TbolzNdbols; 04-28-2013 at 09:27 PM.

I've been thinking a lot and am leaning towards starting a cycle within the next 2 months now.
I've been making steady progress and getting a lot leaner.

Well apparently your 24 years old and I would personally wait one more year while training hard.
During that year researching about AS and perfecting your nutrition.
It is better to have 3 years of hard training under your belt than 2 years
Make sure also that you start your cycle(if you decide to start one) at lower bf% since you may experience more side effects if your at higher bf%

Have a few back picture's I thought i'd upload.
Down to 195lbs.. Still natural at the moment and trying to keep cutting until the end of October then possibly run a test only cycle.
Test-e 500mg/week for 10-12 weeks. Nothing set in stone yet.
All feedback and thoughts welcome!!

You've made some great progress. But I would advise to keep going at it natural, you have a lot of room to put on size. You'll be better for it, learning how your body works, and what it takes to add mass. Nothing against you cutting, I think that is important as well. but if you are wanting to cycle to add muscle, and you still have a ton of potential to do more naturally, I would venture that route first. Ultimately it is a decision you make yourself, plenty of people on here start a bit too soon, and then there are others who wait till they have spent years even decades before adding compounds. Being tall shouldn't effect your ability to gain size, you are just going to have to get heavier. I'm guessing genetics wise you are prone to being skinny anyways. But anyone can add size, if you don't think it is possible then something isn't in check.

Thought i'd update with a quick picture!

I'll be starting my test-e only cycle within the next week!
Weighed myself today and still at 205lbs but have reduced my body fat throughout the summer.
My cycle will be simple. Just 600mg test-e a week for 12 weeks(- Arimidex eod 3rd week in- Before people ask)
I feel I have taken peoples advice and continued naturally for over 5 months since my OP.
All thought & Opinions welcome!
I want to keep talk about the cycle off this thread and will start a new one.

Update, I took my first shot yesterday after watching a friend doing his the day before!
Wasn't half as scary as I thought it would be and practically painless!
Feels fine today, just a little stiff!
Can't wait for the next one!

Good luck with the cycle. Progress so far has been great so if you know how to adjust your diet to gain weight you should do ok.

I'm going to just use this as my cycle thread to keep all progress in the one place!
Did my first shot of 300mg of test-e in the right glue on Tuesday morning! I couldnt believe how painless it was!
Did everything by the book- Different drawing and injecting needles, massaged injection site, swabbed vial and site.. Aspirated and slowly injected leaving needles in 20 seconds after the test was gone!
Diet has been good.. getting 3500+ Clean Calories.
Breakdown average 40% protein, 50% Carbs, 10% fats.
Did second shot on Friday night.. The needle went in at an angle as I didnt notice because I was using my left side! PIP is was very sore yesterday.. Still sore this morning so took some anti inflamitories.. Going to train legs now!

You've come a long way from those first pics. Well done on that and on taking the time to do your homework before jumping to the dark side.
I hope you realize how important food is. You should be spending far more time and money on food than any other aspect of your life. I said life, not training, because if you decide to do this the next 12 weeks are belong to us. (old game joke)
I'm looking forward to seeing how you progress.

I always spend an insane amount of money on food! Believe it or not, it's going to be cheaper than when I was cutting!!
