    Progress after cut

So I have no shame in my game. I started my cut after a long stint on my couch, eating every kind of junk food and active drug addiction. I came to my senses and got clean in october of 2012. The first pic i was about 240lbs but my max was 250lb. I have limited pics but wanted to throw them up. I actually got a profesional to take pics but its going to take a few weeks to get them in so I figured i'd just put these up.

I got a bodpod test done last week at 195lb i'm 12.3%bf. I'm going to bulk up now cause i'm sick of cutting and want to put on some muscle and strength and then cut again around Aug.

goal for this bulk is to get up to 210lbs @ 16%bf max. Then cut down to 10%bf by end of the year.

No cycle. I did a run w oxyelite pro which is an OTC product that helped.

I plan on running a bulking cycle but most likely in summer of 2014. I think I can still gain some solid natural weight.

    Thanks though.

Really nice. You are what most avg guys start out at and want to look like. Shows it can be done. Great job. How long did the total transformation take you from highest weight to last picture? And what did you do? Cardio, diet, weight train?

Keep it up bro. Pain killers are a scary addiction, very happy for you to have over come it.

Started training in September of 2012 at around 250lb but was tryin to get clean at the same time. In oct I went to rehab which after a few weeks i was actually able to start trainin for real. The after pic was last week at 194-195.

I only started to tighten up diet in December. I basically ran the "how to cut" sticky. Did moderate cardio in am 45 mins 5 days a week. And did 5 days weight training in afternoon.

I'm Doin a lean bulk now to put on muscle. Excited about gettin some strength goin.

Thanks for the props. I'm lovin the healthy lifestyle and I get compliments from coworkers about the transformsation. Making it a lifestyle.

Thanks guys. Feels good to slowly start to increase carbs. Can already see my muscles being more full and lifts are stronger too. Time to put on some muscle.

Great great job look good...as far as bulking if I was you I would bulk a little longer with time frame an cut in August you could put on about 3-6lbs of muscle depending on ur diet which from the looks you determine just be careful when bulking it can be tricky good luck bro

How old are you? If this is your first year training those natty gains are going to come to a stand still very quickly. Great progress but the fact you gained size while losing that much weight leaves me suspicious as to what chemicals were actually used. Not saying you're lying but I'm not saying you aren't lying either. That's why I ask your age and training history. A 21 yr old with no history of training could easily get those results naturally

I've been on this forum for prob 8-9yrs and I've been pretty open and honest about everything. I did one successful cycle about 7yrs ago. Which trust me i lost all gains. Strictly due to living in active drug addiction for about 6 yrs following my cycle.

Since I started training again almost 1.5yrs ago I've been natural.

I have an updated thread of what I look like now a few threads under this.

And to answer ur question I'm 28

    OxyElite Pro Supplements Recalled

FDA recalled them all due to hepatitis infections and the company adding ingredients without notification (DMAA and aegeline).
