back double bis
This was taken yesterday...at this point, I'm almost 4 full weeks into my bulk cycle.
Weight's up 17 pounds so far. Checked the diet last night, I'm up to 4,500 calories a day...450 grams protein, 500 grams carbs, 60 grams Fat every day.
I'm trying to add thickness in the inner lats, more width on the outter, and bring down their length a bit...
I've been hitting it harder than ever in the gym...

you got me feeling good over here...all the motivation to add another plate next time and go balls to the wall
the cycle is:
1-4 30mg/ED dbol
1-10 750mg/wk sust
1-10 400mg/wk eq
8-13 200mg/wk primo
11-16 50mg/ED winny
1-16 0.5mg/ED liquidex
17-20 Clomid
just started nolvadex too @ 20mg/ED when my nipples got sensitive

Thanks again bros...the strength is picking up! On day 31 now and each week, I love breaking barriers....
This past week I got 10 plates on the hack squat for 6 DEEP reps, 16 plates on the leg press for 7 (again-I always go DEEP), 100 lb. DBs for 6 on shoulder presses, 120 lb. DBs for 10 on the flat bench (my gym stops at 120s-the yuppy fucks!), 500 lb. shrugs for 10, 225 lb. BB rows for 8...I'm feeling strong and I'm glad I'm ON!

It always amazes me how someone can eat 4,500 cals a day and 450 grams of protein a day and still look that ripped while I put on fat at anything over 2200 no matter what. Looking great bro!
