I have heard about this. It is not for someone who isn't a seasoned Tren user. I've used the Test @ 100mg TNE and it wasn't quite what I expected. But it should be different with the Tren ... crazy mire

Hey man you look awesome, you should know. You have been doing good, better than average. As I said, you will grow in spurts, size will come and weight will come in and at different times. AND as you should know guy, you're only going to so much in so much time frame. Then as we know the returns start to diminish as we get bigger. You know Diminishing Returns so to speak in the same time frame as we did early on.
I know you know about plateaus, well sometimes the only thing that breaks that plateau is time and time takes time...that's all it is when we get as far as , say you are. Hang in bud. I'm looking forward to tracking your progress. You are gifted in my opinion. Luck to ya. ...crazy mike

Maybe I can help you, or at least open your mind to explore what could be going on. Are you taking insulin or GH? I'm going to assume no. Also eating every 2 hours, could effect insulin sensitivity, or other factors. I know this sounds counterproductive, have you done any fasting? 24 hour complete fast? Also have you thought about going longer between meals at times? but still hitting your macros? or even increasing macros? I'm guessing you could overcome this by changing something up, and not being so rigid with your diet. Of course you could want to consume more after your fast then just jumping back on the 2 hour size meals at first at least.

Ok, I was thinking about running insulin (10ius after each workout)....but i have not done it yet. No, I have not tried any fasting.....When I go on TRT between cycles I cut my protein intake and calorie intake .....I thought I wanted to eat every two hours or insulin will be produced and it will go after my muscle? I eat a **** load of food a day.....I would die on a fast lol jk

Did the tren really transform you that much? I have never used it before but after following your thread man I must say I want to use it.

It is not like a crazy change.....more of a little size, vascular and harder looking muscles.
The down side.....I have pretty much used all the AAS out there and TREN makes me moody as ****......my temper was cut down by 2/3, omg when I get mad at something I am focused lol

Maybe you meant to say something other than insulin, insulin if anything would act to preserve muscle. You might be developing some insulin resistance from your frequent feedings, I would imagine each feeding includes carbs protein and fats. Do you do any carb cycling? Anyways, the point of the fast would be to make you more insulin sensitive so that when you come back from it you respond better and are able to shuttle more nutrients into the muscles. Taking insulin can be a scary thing, so if you go that route make sure you are properly prepared at all times, and ease into it so you know what to do and what's going on at first. But it might take you one nice fast to improve things for a little while, or changing to less frequent feedings or the occasional spreading of meal timing. But you still want to eat like a horse. I know successful bodybuilders that can do well on 6-7 meals a day, but they are also on slin.
That's what I would think would help break this weight gain rut. Someone times things do go in spurts like what was mentioned, but you won't know without trying something else.

I wouldn't worry about weight too much. I've been bouncing between 225 and 235 for a few months but when I look in the mirror I see constant improvement and strength continually increases. That's what tells me if I'm progressing or not. Weight seems to fluctuate more as it increases. I look more at average weight these days. I imagine that is the norm once you pass a certain point. If my average weight over say a week is constantly a little higher than a month ago and I look better now than I did then, I'm happy.
