    Does anyone have any tips for lagging body parts. Example- my legs. They need more size all around. How do I get them to catch my upper body even though my upper will continue to grow. Im now injury free and can work with without any interference

    Always train weak parts first in the week when they're the most fresh. You can also increase the frequency of that body part for a brief period as long as recovery is not an issue. And don't be afraid to train heavy and hard. Visit Marcus's Diary!

    Worked best for me during my last cycle
    Have all my clomid. Nolva and hcg as well.
