I havent measured and weighed myself. Hate the scales!
Those pictures are recent from my trip back from the states.
My diet there was shite! So I am kinda bloated up due to sodium!
The lighting dosent favor me I dont think !
In the States I had to buy all new clothes fitting one size Less, going from sizes 34 to 32-33 slim fit!
So thats a sign!
I know the there isnt a significant change but I will take the little change made!
At least I have some separation in the chest area and some belly fat reduction.
What I do to stay fit is Crossfit!
I will post my diet in the the correct section.
Maybe you can chime in and help me out in the diet section!
Best regards

Glad to see you stickin with it! Fatloss should be something done gradually over time as to not sacrifice muscle tissue.
As you make progress and drop some weight - remember to keep checkin in with the diet guys. Sometimes adjustment need to be made to keep making progress. You stick to this plan..... And stay dedicated..... You'll get to where you wanna be.

Whats up Hazard!!
Thanks a lot for chiming in with your positive feedback. I do appreciate it a lot!!
Yeah , I noticed that cutting weight naturally takes some time. In the pictures it dosent seem like much of a difference, yet again there is a slight improvement. Take in consideration I was a bit bloated in the pic.
But again, I will keep progress posted.
And when help is needed, I will ask all of you pros!!
Thanks again Bro!!!

I have a Question.
I would like to know what other alternative between Yam and asparragus I could choose to eat?
Thanks

I'm pretty lucky in that added cardio and reduction in carbs helps me.
Alternatives to asparagus..... I'd say spinach, brussel sprout.

Do it the right way, cause if something goes wrong youll regret it. Plus youll get plenty of results just by doing cardio and dialing in your diet. Get your workout down with correct form. Get your diet in tune first

Check out the first link on this forum section. You can see for yourself the various stages of BF and I think Austinite is probably spot on. Good luck and keep up the hard work.

I would diet hard and nothing,I would work out hard.... And still nothing!
No matter what I did , nothing ever worked for me!
I went and got BW done. LOW T!
This has been like that for me in the last 2 years of feeling horrible.
I started TRT a few weeks ago! Feeling much better, symptoms like being very hungry, workouts are much better, over all way better feeling!
I can also see how my belly is shrinking!
I will keep you bros posted with pics and updates.
Thanks for this forum and all people that have chimed in!
