I agree, you just get thicker and more jacked each time... once you diet down after the bulking you'll be unbelievable

Thanks fellas...I figure another year of putting on more mass. I want to get up to 260 to 270.
I know a tan would help a lot too.
Sorry about the close up...I set the timer and had to run to get infront of the came. I will take some better ones later.
Take care

Thanks TANK...
WEll, I was trying to bench 500 by Jan 3rd 2003, but I messed up my shoulder with 475...no bounceing at all, but no pause at the chest either. I also have good form no arching the back, keep the butt on the bench. Arms are 19" pumped(bis and tri day). Legs are doing great.
6'0"
235lbs. I was going to just bulk for a year, but it makes me feel gross, so I had to lean myself out.
I don't want to list my lifting stats right now because they have not been up to par since my injury...but they are coming back fast. That is another reason why I decided to lean up...so I can heal.

Inclines all the time...
Since I injured my shoulder doing flat bench. I hit incline smith and incline hammer. Then a flye movement that changes every workout.
